Yesterday, we published our September 2025 Investor Relations (IR) job market update.

Today, we are publishing our 3Q25 IR job update report.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗿. 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

Overall, the market at all levels exhibits strength and resilience.
Both #1 IR and All-Levels IR are at three-year highs for total opportunities available in the market.

The data illustrates a job market, at all level, gaining momentum over the past three years.

In terms of #1 IR job opportunities, 3Q25 was mixed.

Why?

Total opportunities were well ahead of the expected range for the quarter

Total calls were at the low end of the expected range

Conversion rate was two standard deviations below the mean

While macroeconomic factors continue to create a choppy employment market, the data suggests opportunity certainly exists.
